Premiere: B2 – Peshka – Hard Pressing [SFETA002]

Secret Feta, a new label from Lyon, is preparing its second VA with a top-notch roster. We just had to get our hands on a piece of it, obviously.

The last track on the release (don’t you dare think about some sort of outro here), “Hard Pressing” by Peshka, who’s originally from the Ukrainian city of Mariupol. Mid-energetic breaksy roller should work perfectly on some proper big sounds with squeezed echoes inside. And it could work at some of your afters too. V for versatility.

Peshka’s friend and the B-side neighbor, Lostlojic presents his “Telekinesis”, a bit darker track, than our premiere, but with a very similar mood. The A-side opens for us with “Crystal Maze” from Lucretio, and you should know already, that this guy usually delivers. His already signature spooky vibe resonates perfectly on the scene nowadays and this track is not an exception (add those bubbly basslines here also!). And we’re gonna finish the review with the label owner – “Sex Work” by SELA, another minimalistic and spooky roller. Completely in the style.

If you like this pairing of cheese and wine on their release – the record is already in pre-order sections at Juno, Deejay, or Decks.
