Ukrainian Koloah lands on the Mechatronica Music label with his heavy-driven bass and electro 6-tracker.
“Vocodex” is the most Trommel material, I would say, here. Which means, that it would fit in some “house” sets (the scene is so diverse right now, you can play almost whatever you want). Here, heavy kicks are blending with acid material perfectly. Fits almost any dark selection.
“Elevator”, the starter of the release, goes much harder, hits that filthy electro territory. “Graduate” stays on the electro one, but, because of its slow pace, sounds completely different here.
“System” goes back into pacey stuff, merging aggression from the percussion with the same stuff from the vocals. “Edge”, being the fastest here, drives us almost crazy. Finally, “Jump!” takes us into some Egyptian Lover-like stuff. Good finish for the release.
The release is ready for grabbing at Juno, Deejay, Decks, or any other good record store. Hurry up!
