Today we’re having some independents with Tim B’s self-released EP on Bandcamp—packed with exactly the kind of sounds we love.
“22th Century Fox (Millenium Mix)” is your track if you like being silly behind the decks. In a proper way, of course. This electro-house banger takes the crowd on an emotional rollercoaster in under a minute, going from “wut?” to a full-on “hell yeah.” Trust me on this one.
The EP opens with the more restrained “Can’t Turn Me Off” — still electro-house, but much more… mature? “Dance Machine” follows with a synthy intro that builds up to a powerful buzz near the end. The last one on the record – “Rhythm Sequence” adds some nice robotic vocals to all those buzzes, and that’s a score, you just can’t refuse them on a proper sound system.
