6 years is a long time in electronic music and when you take into consideration that this has been spent nurturing and almost dragging counter culture kicking and screaming to the Middle East out post of Dubai you get some idea of how important Analog Room is to this region. To celebrate, they will be hitting the road and showcasing their sound at Café-Gallery in Tbilisi on Friday, November 9th and the founding team of Shemroon, Siamak Amidi and Nasrawi will be making the trip. Entry is 20 GEL and the party runs from midnight until 9 am.
Having put on several high-profile parties, this co-op event with The London Loft Party crew could be The Cause’s biggest to date. The Cause will be taken care of by the Fall Up crew and they have lined up a very nice selection including S_AS (Subb-an & Adam Shelton) who will play a 4 hr set, Voigtmann, Seven Hills Records and Fall Up. Over in the Grow area Still Life will celebrate their 1st Birthday with Francesco Del Garda (Timeless – extended set), Christian AB, Albion Records, Manalou and Mabbam. Meanwhile in The Garage, The London Loft Party team welcome Mike Huckaby (Detroit), Cromby, Dimensions Soundsystem, Dom Chung, Fergus & Jones, FaceLess and Malebox. The Warehouse will be looked after by Carcosa and they will bring in Youandewan, Increments live, Carcosa and Mischief. Lastly, but by no means leastly The Barber Shop will enjoy sounds from DJ Directory and MLE (Rhythm Section), Heels & Souls and Champagne Funk. Promoters ID have been the epicentre of a recent spate of top-drawer bookings and even better parties and this Romanian doubleheader will stay true to form. For those of you that are up to speed on the legion of Romanian artists currently blowing minds across Europe, you will know that Dubtil and Piticu are 2 artists that have featured heavily for Sunrise and Sunwaves and are indeed a safe pair of hands to elevate the party. There is nothing better than a secret warehouse party to give your weekend that added lift and that is exactly what Nostromo have on the cards on Friday, November 9th. What makes this party all the more exciting is that Cabaret Records boss DJ Masda and label mate Evan Baggs will square off against each other for an extended 6-hour set. Also on the bill for the secret party is Martin Debaere. Japanese prime selector Junki Inoue has been clocking up some serious air miles recently with Junki and his trusted record bag travelling to Brazil, Romania and then back to his spiritual home of London where he is resident at Toi Toi Musik. He is on the road again and this time he is touching down in Rome for Jooice alongside Gabbs and Sancricca. The party on Saturday, November 10th will begin at 1130pm and run through until 5 am.
