Straight out of the blocks for the 2019 festival season is newcomer UNUM Festival. Taking place between Friday, May 31st and Sunday, June 2nd at Rana e Hedhun, in the town of Shengjin, on the idyllic Albanian coastline, the 3 days and 3 nights’ festival will boast an impressive array of some 50 international and local artists and if their first phase line-up is anything to go by this could be one of our new favourite events.
Straight away it is clear from their phase one announcement that minimal tech house and techno will be extremely well catered for and with the inclusion of artists such as Margaret Dygas, Dewalta, Dyed Soundorom, Ricardo Villalobos, Praslea, Petre Inspirescu, Luciano, Cesar Merveillle, Enzo Siragusa and Ion Ludwig, we couldn’t ask for a better line-up. There is also the important fact to consider that this event will be taking place in the yet untapped clubbing resource of Albania. With its unspoilt coastline, virgin pine lined mountains and golden sandy beaches, UNUM Festival has all the ingredients for the perfect disconnect from the real world for a few days full of the best music.
