Since its inception, TELUM has had one mandate and that is to deliver the highest quality music. Everything else is secondary. The release artwork? Blank. The artists and track names? Unknown. For once it truly is all about the music. Minimal seems to be ground zero for the unknown artist phenomenon but here it is more than justified and also hardly surprising to learn that their most recent release sold out at deejay.de in less than one minute.
The parent label TELUM is now onto the seventh edition and they have also launched sister label AURUM and all releases are picked up on sight from the likes of Ricardo Villalobos, Sonja Moonear, and RPR. It is no wonder that they have now decided to branch out into the world of events and we are certain the party circuit will be the better for it.
TELUM is in no way strangers to throwing parties as they have paired up with Into The Woods in 2019 for an almighty Halloween party that featured Priku, Ferro, and Iuly.B. This time they will be pairing up with Manchester minimal heads Pooku to throw an epic day/night party at Hidden. Taking place on Saturday, July 24th the daylight section will be taken care of by none other than Petre Inspirescu and the Romanian will be supported by label mainstay Koko & Dyze and Flux Groove. Later that evening the party will move downstairs where Nicolas Lutz will play a four-hour set as well as Miller (Real Gang) and Mitch Wellings.
With barely enough time to catch their breath, the TELUM crew head off home to London for the first of their Sundays at fabric. In keeping with the ethos of their label, their Sunday shindig will come with no headliners or draw bookings. The only hint that was given via their event page is that there will be a Romanian playing. We know this doesn’t narrow it down at all but this is the whole point. For once in clubland, you take it for granted that the music will be insanely good, and with rumors circulating regarding who is behind certain releases we are sure you will not be disappointed with the DJs that will be booked for this and future TELUM parties at fabric.
