The dynamic duo of Miller and Nicolau have made quite an impact on their beloved Ibiza and rightly so. Real Gang crew founders landed in Ibiza many years ago separately but came together as a brand only 3 years ago and quickly set about making a name for themselves as serious selectors, bringing themselves to the attention of island staple The Zoo Project. This lead to them being instated as residents and with it bastions of the underground digging fraternity.
This was also the same year that they became a part of the Ibiza Underground family, a close-knit group of clubbers, promoters, and artists that favour intimate over massive crowds, artistic integrity over champagne sprays and sparklers. Ibiza Underground is a place for the serious heads to explore a much deeper form of music. This hidden gem in the Ibiza clubbing world is not for everybody, but that’s just the way we like it. This is also where the pair run their hugely popular Real Gang presents the Tomodachi series of parties, but more on that later.
Fast forward to 2019 and Miller and Nicolau have already begun their assault on the summer with the first of a 5-date residency at The Zoo Project’s Treehouse stage which featured a rocking party with brothers in beats Ingi Visions (Samuel Deep and Julian Alexander) and Remelie. The rest of the residency will see the pair inviting a host of top artists to join them in the Treehouse. Dates to look out for at The Zoo Project will be Sunday, June 9th with caLLy and Kearun, Sunday, July 14th with Giuliano Lomonte and H.E.R, Sunday, August 11th with a secret guest and then on Sunday, September 8th crew love with Miffy and Remelie.
On Sunday, June 9th a truly special day will unfold where Real Gang will be taking you from day to night with a takeover at The Zoo Project Treehouse before transferring the heads over to Ibiza Underground for the launch of their Tomodachi series with caLLy, Kearun and of course Miller and Nicolau. So, if you are making a trip over to Ibiza over the next few months make sure you look up Real Gang Soundsystem as they will undoubtedly be bringing the heat to the White Isle.
