Sparks flying during a night (and morning) out at Robert Johnson in Frankfurt is a fairly regular occurrence, but when one of our favourite labels in Einzelkind’s Pressure Traxx and one of our favourite artists in Rhadoo meets in the intimate surroundings of the Offenbach nightspot then the club is under serious threat of spontaneous combustion on Friday, April 19th.
Having not met at the club since early January, Pressure Traxx are in the process of readying their first release of the year. With the Pressure Traxx’s last outing being the subliminal 2 track ‘Silent’ EP from Ricardo Villalobos, their next EP is set to be worth the wait.
Coincidentally, the last time that Pressure Traxx played a starring role at Robert Johnson it was alongside the Implosive Inc. threesome of Einzelkind, Randy Fox and Robin Sholz who will be providing the 24th instalment on Pressure Traxx. What is even more exciting is that there will be a SIT remix of ‘Mirah’ to sweeten the deal.
Rhadoo appearing at Robert Johnson is always a sight for sore eyes and with his b2b set with Ricardo back in October still ringing in the short-term memories of those in attendance, it’s time to drop those jaws all over again.
