One of the cornerstones of London minimal scene Goosebumps never let a birthday pass without really celebrating and we feel it will be hard to top their 5th anniversary. Taking place across the last weekend in July (29th-31st) and also spanning three different venues there is an unreal selection of artists lined up to take you on this journey around London.
In the past 5 years, the Goosebumps crew headed up by lynchpin A-Bril have welcomed 80 different artists to 21 different locations across 50 separate events. These stats simply do not lie and they help to tell the tell of a brand that dreams big and has even bigger plans. For now, they have a huge undertaking for their 5th birthday and this will take in the venues and artists that have helped to shape their future.
Starting at one of London’s premiere clubs on Friday evening will see FOLD welcome the initial salvo of the journey. Running for a full 12 hours until late morning the Goosebumps are keeping the musical conductors a closely guarded secret. The next section of the trip will take place at an old favourite haunt of Goosebumps and one that comes with all the elements required to continue the party. Starlane Pizza Bar is a well-known spot for top parties and with the combination of finger licking pizzas, pristine sound and the indoor/outdoor areas offering all the right vibes for another extended stomp.
Completing the marathon jaunt round London’s top venues will be a final stop at The Goose. An intimate location that is primed for those after, after moments and with the Goosebumps crew developing this venue from scratch they will be well acquainted with every square inch of its dance space. With the running order of the weekends festivities being secondary to the party itself there is no denying the strength of the assembled artists. Joining founder A-Bril will be a crack team of selectors that includes Alexandra, Andreea, Cally, Cap, Charlie, Desuba, G76, Nicky Macha, Pîrvu, Oliiver, Suciu and Timoti.
