Just outside the buzz of Barcelona’s throbbing city, a new kind of dance floor is taking shape. OUTPUT is not your average outdoor rave — it’s a refined, carefully considered project built by the teams behind INPUT High Fidelity Dance Club and Les Enfants Brillants, and it’s already reshaping what an electronic music experience can be.
Situated a short drive from the centre, OUTPUT is the outdoor version of INPUT High Fidelity Dance Club, Barcelona’s ‘ultimate techno temple’ to quote themselves. Known for their state-of-the-art Funktion-One system, their ethos is to ‘transform sound into a full-body experience’ and they are crafting a multi-sensory trip about 20 minutes outside of Barcelona.
The sound-obsessed project regularly invites a wide range of selectors, from Apollonia to Sven Vath, who have both played all night long in the space. As we approach the infamous Sonar week, OUTPUT’s 2025 is packed with everything from KiNK and Radioactive Man’s epic live sets, plus huge collaboration between A:rpia:r & Yoyaku with RPR, Sonja Moonear and more. It’s the kind of place where you can find interesting bookings like Binh b2b DJ Masda and Evan Baggs, as well as huge showcases for artist like Jamie Jones and his Paradise party. The sort of spot where RPR always head back to and veteran party throwing like tINI and Enzo Siragusa.
