CAPRÍSONO announces its third edition lineup in the mountains of Mexico

Mexico City collective Capricho has revealed the lineup for the third edition of CAPRÍSONO, its microfestival in the mountains outside the capital, which runs November 14 and 15, 2026.

Previous editions have featured Jane Fitz, Dana Ruh, Nicolas Lutz, Quest, Margaret Dygas, Petre Inspirescu, Bruno Schmidt, and Bastard Love. This year’s instalment will continue this run of standout electronic talent beginning with long-time resident of Kyiv’s Closer club – Shakolin. Since relocating to Berlin, he has co-curated Delirious, a vinyl-only label and party series at Panorama Bar, and his bookings regularly take him around the globe.

Joining him is OG Jay Tripwire. An artist who needs little introduction, his fingerprints can be found on the very beginnings of tech house and dubby minimal house and techno. There are few influential labels and parties that Jay has not lent his talents to and with more than two decades in the game, Jay shows no signs of slowing down.

Sibil is a French-born DJ based in Slovenia. Her classical training has evolved into a sound of grooving basslines, playful vocal fragments and dreamlike synths, and being is part of the LuckIsOn collective tells you all you need to know about her credentials. Next is digger extraordinaire James Andrew, originally from Bristol; the Nothing But Nice Records co-founder keeps things groovy at all times with a succinct mix of tech house, deep house, UK garage and breaks.

The bill spans two stages, and as well as the aforementioned luminaries, this year’s edition will also feature Abxent, Alo & Ed, Bxlove & D-Ufo, Gog, Nimue & Zepha, Shisho, and Yentl. The two stages are Buscando Libertad, the dancefloor, and Juntxs, which is dedicated to ambient and downtempo. Billed alongside them under the Ephemera & Calentamiento Global banner are Blue Command, Obta, Phanta and Swati. Phanta also shares visual duties with Dr Monitor.

The festival promises more than 20 hours of electronic music, magic and, in the flyer’s words, UFO sightings. Dawn is a centrepiece: a sunrise set pauses the music so the crowd can welcome the sun together, with coffee, tea and something warm to share. Around the site are a listening tent, a local market and record market, wellness and recovery areas, a campfire and fire ritual, and the ultra-secret Rabbit Hole, accessible only with a special wristband.
