Heimyl is a new addition to the Locked-In roster. Dropping his Lazer Man alias to deliver a 4-tracker full of beauties.
“I Want Speak Final” is the opener and the best one out of 4 here, I would say. Starting slowly just to deliver our favorite buzz with some punchy chords and some breaks closer to the end of it.
And there’s more, obviously. “Power Cat” sounds a bit more stripped-down, but with an enormously heavy bassline. Dungeon Meat-like material, easily. “Sector 14” is something in between. We don’t have the bigroom feel of A1, but also it’s not as calm as A2. And with some heavy wobble in the middle, it does its damage properly. Finally, “New Place”, the lightest on the release piece of modern house, that won’t destroy anything but will put a resting smile on your face.
