Premiere: 1 – Edine – HDF32 [LETSDIGI018]

French-born DJ & producer Edine has slowly but surely established himself as a vibrant force in the underground electronic scene of Berlin, where he is currently based. Since his first vinyl-only release on his label Lets Record back in 2020, he has been shaping a distinctive identity that blends minimalism, raw rhythms, and groovy textures. Now he reached his 18th release on the label and we’re more than eager to discover it.

An active presence in the scene, the other half of Discult Soundsystem doesn’t waste any time or opportunity. From curating label events across Berlin in iconic clubs and open-air gatherings to crafting fresh productions from his studio, Edine never stops putting passion into his field. His sets and releases have drawn attention from renowned artists across Europe, and his tracks have found support across several platforms, showcasing the power of his sound.

His latest output dives deeper into that world. Layered with a punchy square-wave bass and a sharp acid lead, our premiere track “HDF32” moves with a restless, forward-thrusting energy. Chord stabs add charm to the groove while the open 909 hats keep everything smooth and vibrant. A well-timed vocal break paves its way through the piece, adding tension before the track snaps back into its acid-lined stride. A tight, dancefloor-ready weapon built for peak memorable moments.

With “HDF32”, Edine delivers a refined yet raw-energy banger, one that feels true to the ethos of Lets Record: underground vibes, hypnotic grooves, and dancefloor functionality. It’s a statement of intent from an artist who continues exploring deeper layers of minimal and acid-tinged sound.

“HDF32” will be officially released on December 4th on Lets Record’s Bandcamp.
