This week we travel to Myanmar via Barcelona and France, where we find hot property Downtown Sai. His boisterous productions and live sets have elevated his profile massively; he has already performed for Yoyaku at their new Barcelona store as well as a string of regular slots at the city’s best clubs and parties. Being a regular collaborator and showcasing his live performance skills online, he impressed with his recent “Feel Mad Good” EP on Backstage Records.
Downtown Sai’s production style of stripped-back grooves, huge basslines and through-the-roof energy is exactly what you get on “YaHayYaHay”. His addition to our Free Download series is primed and ready for those peak time hours where nothing but a phat bassline and fistful of acid will do. Most definitely an artist to watch and make sure you seek out if you find yourself in Barcelona.
You can download Downtown Sai – YaHayYaHay [TFD146] for free via our Instagram Broadcast Channel and VOLUMO.
